Great financial incentives now available for First Home Buyers

From 1st September 2008, the Queensland Government has introduced significant changes to Stamp Duty to encourage First Home Buyers to enter the Real Estate market. First Home Buyers will now pay no Stamp Duty on their first home purchased for up to $500,000 ( a saving of $8,750).
